ABOUT

I’m originally from Delaware, Ohio, where I grew up painting and drawing constantly. From a young age, I showed an innate skill in being able to draw with a great level of realism and detail. I received a B.S. in Architecture from the Ohio State University, and an M.A. in Illustration from University of the Arts London, giving me a varied background, but one that is primarily focused on creativity and attention to detail. I now work as an Architectural Assistant by day and spend my evenings and weekends painting.

I was asked to do my first live wedding painting in 2021, and was struck by the level of trust that was given to me for this task. Though I didn’t pursue wedding painting further at this time, it was always something I thought about as a very special and unique experience. After moving back to the U.S. from London in 2024, I was asked to do another live wedding painting, and then another, and have continued to have the pleasure of capturing weddings from then on.
